Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. Written to be read rather than skimmed past.

Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Revenue AI Platform handles personal information across this website, our product, and the conversations we have with people evaluating the platform. It applies to visitors to this site, people who request a demo or contact sales, and the named users of a customer account.

It does not govern how our customers use the platform with their own data. Where a customer connects their systems to the platform, that customer decides what is loaded and why. In that arrangement they act as the data controller and we act as their processor, under the terms of the agreement between us.

Information we collect

We collect three kinds of information, and we try to keep each of them to the minimum that makes the service work.

  • Information you give us directly. When you complete the demo request form we collect your name, work email, company size, primary team and anything you write in the message field. When you become a customer we also hold account and billing contact details.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard server and product logs, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and actions taken in the product. We use this for security, debugging and understanding which parts of the product are used.
  • Customer data. Records synchronised from systems a customer connects, such as opportunities, accounts, usage events and invoice status. This can include the names and business contact details of a customer's own employees and their prospects.

How we use information

We use the information you give us directly to respond to your request, arrange and prepare for calls, and keep a record of the commercial conversation. We use automatically collected information to operate, secure and improve the service.

We use customer data solely to provide the service to that customer: syncing records, fitting models, producing forecasts and scoring accuracy. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one customer's data to train models that serve another customer.

Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information with service providers who help us run the platform, including cloud hosting, database, email delivery and customer support tooling. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by contract to protect the information they handle.

We may disclose information where we are required to by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. If we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, we will give notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different policy.

How long we keep information

Demo requests and sales correspondence are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we recognise you if you return. Customer data is retained for the term of the agreement and deleted or returned after termination, on the timetable set out in that agreement. Logs are kept on a rolling basis for security and debugging.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, authenticated through single sign-on, and logged. Within the product, customer access is governed by role-based permissions and every access and change is written to an audit trail the customer can inspect.

Connections to customer systems are read-only unless the customer explicitly enables writeback, and we hold only the fields a customer's mappings actually use rather than a full copy of their systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers without undue delay if a breach affects their data.

International transfers

We may process information in countries other than the one you are in. Where personal information is transferred out of the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. Enterprise customers can request specific data residency arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we process it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the demo request form and mark your message clearly. If your request concerns data held inside a customer's account, we will pass it to that customer, since they control it.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies and storage needed to serve pages and keep the site working. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. That measurement does not identify individual visitors and does not follow you to other sites.

The product itself uses a session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. If we ever add advertising or third-party tracking to this site, we will ask for consent first.

Children's information

The platform is business software sold to organisations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way we handle information changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will give notice to customers before it takes effect.

Contacting us

Questions about this policy, or about how your information is handled, can be sent through the demo request form. Mark the message as a privacy enquiry and it will be routed to the right team rather than to sales.
